Job summary

You will initiate planning, manage resources and budgets, drive change management, and ensure governance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Project Management Diploma or accredited cert (CAPM/PRINCE2).
• Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management.
• 5–7 years of relevant project experience.
• Experience in Payments/Merchant Acquiring.
• Hands-on with PowerCARD (HPS) configuration/workflows/integration.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and objectives with detailed plans.
• Manage resources (people, procurement, systems, time and budget).
• Build cross-team relationships to improve delivery and innovation.
• Lead change management and ensure adoption across teams.
• Monitor timelines and quality against governance guidelines.
• Develop and report on project budgets and resource usage.
• Maintain project documentation for audits and governance.
