About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in enterprise software implementation or IT infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the Johannesburg, Gauteng region or similar corporate environments.
