Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise software implementation projects for clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client IT personnel, in a virtual environment.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, setting realistic expectations, and driving client satisfaction.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of software solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, manage budget adherence, and report on project status to senior management.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth project closure and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and client growth through successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices for remote delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong specialization in enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, bespoke solutions).
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-phase software projects with significant budgets and distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
• Exceptional virtual leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate technical challenges.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
