Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join a fully remote, premier management consultancy. You will lead client engagements across industries, driving strategic change, digital transformation, and operational improvements while delivering measurable value from anywhere.

You will mentor junior consultants, manage complex projects, and partner with senior executives. The role requires a Master’s degree plus 7+ years in management consulting, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; a PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role with a proven track record.
• Expertise in digital transformation, change management, process optimization, and strategic planning methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and deliver results in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Must be based in South Africa or have the legal right to work remotely from within the country.
