Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale digital initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
• Expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and proficiency with modern project management and collaboration software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Teams).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills adapted for remote settings.
