Job summary

Games Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own large technology projects and programs that drive real business value. You will work with senior leadership, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver innovative solutions shaping the future of our business.

You will lead delivery across initiatives, mentor PMs, and ensure governance, budget, timeline, and risk management are executed with excellence. Join a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values impact and delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex projects and programmes from initiation to completion.
• Drive strategy, planning, execution, governance and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align outcomes with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources for successful delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior/executive leadership.
• Identify challenges proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee change management and ensure effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and delivery excellence.
• Mentor and develop other Project Managers and delivery teams.

What We're Looking For

• RelevanttertiaryqualificationinBusiness,InformationTechnology,ProjectManagement,orarelatedfield.
• PMP(ProjectManagementProfessional)certification.
• 8+yearsofprojectmanagementexperiencewithinasoftwaredevelopmentortechnologyenvironment.
• 5+yearsmanaginglarge-scale,complexprojectsorprogrammes.
• Provenabilitytoleadmultipleworkstreams,managecompetingpriorities,anddeliverresults.
• Experiencemanagingprojectbudgetsandengagingwithseniorexecutivestakeholders.
• StrongknowledgeofSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC)methodologies.
• ExperienceworkinginAgile,Waterfall,orHybriddeliveryenvironments.
• Exceptionalleadership,communication,stakeholdermanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.
• ExperiencementoringanddevelopingProjectManagersanddeliveryteams.
• Astrategicmindsetcombinedwithstrongexecutionanddeliveryfocus.
• CertificationssuchasPRINCE2,PgMP,MSP,SAFe,orPMI-ACPwouldbeadvantageous.
