Network Contracting Solutions -a division of ADvTECH Resourcing is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects across the SDLC, delivering software and business initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment. You will collaborate with Product Teams, Business Stakeholders, Developers, and Technical Specialists to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance or Healthcare is advantageous.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager at Intermediate or Senior level.
Experience managing technology and software development projects.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Exposure to Agile methodologies and/or traditional project management approaches.
Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and dependencies.
Collaborate with Software Development, Product, Business, and Technical Teams throughout the SDLC.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, governance forums, project meetings, and status reporting.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure delivery success.
Drive effective communication, change management, and stakeholder expectation management.
Ensure project governance, documentation, and delivery standards are maintained.
Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Relevant Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent will be advantageous.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager at Intermediate or Senior level.
Demonstrated success managing technology and software development projects.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and/or traditional project management approaches.
