• Proven experience delivering complex technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is advantageous.

• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery across scope, timelines, quality, resources and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and actively manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Create clear accountability across project teams and define who is responsible and by when.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and resource constraints before they impact milestones.
• Maintain project governance, RAID logs, actions and reporting.
• Manage budgets, effort, utilisation and profitability, understanding the commercial impact of delivery decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, sponsors, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Develop sufficient understanding of the underlying technology to challenge assumptions.
• Maintain urgency and momentum while upholding quality and governance.

We are looking for a highly driven, commercially astute Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex technology and digital transformation projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can drive execution, anticipate problems, hold teams accountable and confidently manage senior client stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strong project management discipline with commercial awareness, critical thinking, resilience and a relentless focus on delivering outcomes.

You will be expected to understand the project beyond the plan, stay ahead of risks and dependencies, and take ownership when delivery moves off track.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery across scope, timelines, quality, resources and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and actively manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Create clear accountability across project teams, ensuring everyone understands what needs to be delivered, by whom and by when.
• Proactively identify risks, delivery bottlenecks and resource constraints before they impact key milestones.
• Challenge delivery variance and drive practical recovery actions when projects fall behind plan.
• Maintain effective project governance, including project plans, RAID logs, actions, decisions and reporting.
• Manage project budgets, effort, utilisation and profitability, understanding the commercial impact of delivery decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, sponsors, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Confidently manage difficult conversations around delivery, scope, timelines, resources and performance.
• Develop sufficient understanding of the underlying technology or solution to challenge assumptions, identify risks and ask the right questions.
• Maintain urgency and momentum while ensuring quality and governance are not compromised.

Who Do You Need to Be?

• Proven experience managing complex technology, data, software, digital transformation or consulting projects.
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong project planning, execution, governance and risk management capability.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and commercial performance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior and executive-level clients.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
• Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
• Relevant Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum would be advantageous.
