The role requires a Master’s degree and 10–15 years of experience in programme management, with PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business-related field or MBA.
• 10–15 years in programme or portfolio management with transformation focus.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes with organizational impact.
• Experience managing budgets > ZAR 20 million and 20+ team members.
• PgMP or equivalent certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute a multi-faceted business transformation programme.
• Oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects and manage dependencies.
• Develop programme budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of tangible business benefits and strategic objectives.
