Job summary

IQbusiness South Africa is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead and operate the client's PMO (iqx) with strategic oversight of the programme portfolio. You will govern, report, monitor financials, risks and benefits, ensuring disciplined execution across multiple workstreams.

You will embed within the client's leadership environment, manage selected strategic programmes, and drive governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Commerce (or equivalent).
Proven track record delivering large, multi-project programmes and PMO governance.
Experience presenting to executive committees and steering forums.

Responsibilities

Operate and continuously improve the client's Programme Management Office.
Maintain governance, controls and programme management standards.
Coordinate planning, prioritisation and resource management across the portfolio.
Lead end-to-end delivery of directly managed programmes.
Monitor budgets, risks, issues and change control with reporting.
Prepare executive reports and consolidate progress across projects.
