Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading large, complex programmes.
• Delivery of multi-workstream programmes with dependencies.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and governance.
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments.
• Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / fleet management, or credit decisioning and scoring platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a large, complex programme and provide strong programme leadership.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies.
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and budgets.
