iqx (a division of iqbusiness, a Reunert company) is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the PMO and directly manage strategic programmes within the client portfolio. The role blends governance with hands-on delivery, operating within the client's leadership environment and reporting to the Group Executive Sponsor and iqx Head of Technology Services.

The position requires 10+ years in project and programme management, proven PMO setup experience, and strong financial, risk and stakeholder

Competenze

Relevant degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering/Business/Commerce.
PMP/PgMP/MSP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
10+ years of project/programme management experience.
Proven PMO leadership and governance experience in a large multi-entity org.

Mansioni

Operate and continuously improve the client's PMO with governance, templates and documentation.
Lead end-to-end delivery of directly managed programmes from initiation to closure.
Prepare executive reports and steering committee packs with risks, issues and dependencies.
Monitor budgets, forecasts and benefits realisation; manage RAID registers and change controls.
