Job summary

iqbusiness is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Programme management experience for contracting opportunities. The successful candidate will lead large, complex programmes, owning multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies, and engaging C-suite and senior executives to drive delivery to measurable outcomes.

Experience in digital platforms, vehicle leasing / vehicle asset finance or credit decisioning and scoring platforms will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or recognised certification from an accredited institution).
• Experience leading large, complex programmes with business and technology dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a large, complex programme and provide strong programme leadership.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery with significant business and technology dependencies.
• Engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple business and technology stakeholder groups.
• Operate independently and navigate complex organisational environments.
• Drive the programme through to measurable delivery outcomes.
