iqbusiness, in partnership with iqx Technology Services, seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Programme Management Office and directly manage strategic programmes. The role combines PMO governance with hands-on delivery, reporting to the Group Executive Sponsor and iqx Head of Technology Services.

Based at client head office with travel as required, you will oversee budgeting, RAID, risk management and executive communications, ensuring disciplined programme execution across a portfolio

Formación

• 10+ years in project and programme management, including PMO leadership.
• Experience establishing or running a PMO and governance framework in a large multi-entity organisation.
• Proven ability to prepare and present reports to executive committees and steering forums.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and operate the client's Programme Management Office (PMO) with governance, control and reporting across the portfolio.
• Direct delivery of selected programmes within the portfolio and ensure benefits realisation.
• Prepare executive reports, manage RAID, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
