Qualifications

• Solid understanding of production equipment, processes, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production operators and field technicians.
• Monitor production facilities and equipment performance, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
• Optimize production rates and efficiency through planning and execution.
• Manage daily production reporting, including volumes, pressures, and equipment status.
• Oversee routine maintenance and minor repair activities for production equipment.
• Participate in production planning and forecasting activities.
• Train and mentor field staff, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct safety inspections and participate in incident investigations.
