• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of oil and gas production operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and artificial lift systems.
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant operational software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production operators and field technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to meet output targets.
• Ensure operations align with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee planned maintenance and workovers with minimal production disruption.
• Manage inventory of production consumables and spare parts.
• Conduct safety meetings and site inspections to promote safety culture.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and work instructions.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering skill development and progression.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
