The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in oil & gas operations, strong leadership, budget management, and regulatory compliance. On-site, full-time, you will mentor teams and partner with contractors to deliver reliable assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within Oil & Gas, with upstream/midstream focus.
• Proven track record leading large operational teams and complex facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas production processes, facility operations, and maintenance practices.
• Strong HSE management systems understanding and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize production efficiency and asset integrity.
• Manage day-to-day operations of oil and gas facilities, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Oversee budget preparation and management for operational activities, focusing on cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational effectiveness.
• Oversee maintenance and inspection programs for all facility equipment.
