Qualifications

• 10+ years of production/operations management experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading large production teams.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and supply chain management.
• Excellent financial acumen with budget management and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet targets for volume, quality, and cost.
