Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Production Line Manager to lead key production lines at its Queenstown facility. You will manage a team of supervisors and operators, drive productivity, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory/production line role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, planning, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Relevant technical qualification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of production lines to meet targets.
• Lead and develop supervisors and operators.
• Implement lean manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards on the floor.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and quality to resolve issues.
