Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader to guide a team on the Queenstown manufacturing floor. You will oversee a designated production line, supervise operators, and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will monitor quality, implement corrective actions, train new staff, enforce health and safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to optimize line performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators on a designated production line.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation, meeting daily production targets.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to staff.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
