Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee a key section of a Queenstown facility. You will lead a team, ensure efficient receiving, storing, picking and dispatching, and drive safety and productivity.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in supervision, strong WMS knowledge, and excellent communication. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and a productive work environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lifting up to X kg when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of a specific warehouse area, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies in Queenstown.
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy within your designated area, addressing discrepancies.
• Optimize workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatching processes.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and conduct performance reviews.
