Qualifications

• Experience as a Line Leader, Supervisor, or senior operator in manufacturing.
• Understanding of production line operations and quality control.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in production.
• Flexibility to work various shifts; may involve hybrid coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line staff to achieve daily production goals.
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out according to SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Train new line staff on tasks, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
