Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of cloud‑based products and platforms. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring cloud solutions deliver maximum business value while aligning with organizational objectives.

The Cloud Product Owner will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, managing the product backlog, prioritising requirements, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative cloud solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong agile delivery experience, cloud technology knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cloud products and services.
• Align cloud product initiatives with business strategy and organisational objectives.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, and emerging cloud technologies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product improvement.

Product Ownership

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, defects, and technical improvements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog items are refined and ready for development.

Agile Delivery

• Work closely with Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Developers, Cloud Engineers, and QA teams.

Education

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within enterprise technology environments.
• Minimum 3 years delivering cloud‑based products or platforms.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience managing enterprise product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders.

Experience within Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, Mining, or Consulting environments will be advantageous.
