Qualifications
- Requires National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years engineering experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in supervision.
- Proficient with Autodesk Inventor; knowledge of Autodesk Vault.
- Experience in project scoping and costing.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and validate products and components.
- Interpret customer specs and technical drawings.
- Lead engineering projects from concept to implementation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking, feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations; collaborate with teams.
