Responsibilities

• Defines, plans, develops and validates products, systems and components per Factory requirements.
• Translates customer specifications into product performance criteria.
• Designs mechanical equipment and considers industry standards and tech advancements.
• Analyses customer product specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversees project design from start to implementation within budget.
