The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio and leadership ability to mentor peers and drive technical excellence in a leading engineering

Formación

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design and development of new products from concept to production.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CAD tools.
• Perform stress, thermal, vibration, and fatigue analysis using FEA software.
• Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, industrial design, and manufacturing engineers.
• Select materials and manufacturing processes for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Identify innovative design solutions to address engineering challenges.
• Contribute to patent applications and technical publications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
