You will lead PHAs (HAZOP, What-If, FMEA), develop and maintain PSM systems, investigate incidents, ensure regulatory compliance, and train teams in best practices to drive continuous improvement in safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process safety engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of PSM principles, risk assessment techniques, and safety design standards.
• Experience with incident investigation tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safety instrumentation systems (SIS) and relief system design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
