The role focuses on analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing complex processes to improve efficiency, cost outcomes, and client impact.

You will lead transformative projects with international and local teams, guiding change and driving measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with focus on business process re-engineering and operational strategy.
• Strong track record leading large-scale transformation projects in remote or distributed teams.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering initiatives for diverse clients.
• Develop and implement strategic blueprints for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Use advanced analytical tools to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for innovation.
• Design and oversee the implementation of new operational models and workflows.
• Mentor junior consultants and client teams in process improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training to drive client buy-in and change management.
• Contribute to thought leadership on process innovation and operational excellence.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets in a remote working context.
