Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in business process analysis, re-engineering or operational consulting.
• Ability to map current processes and design improved workflows.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and document optimized workflows, SOPs, and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements and achieve buy-in.
• Implement improvements, track progress, and measure impact against KPIs.
• Develop reports and presentations detailing findings and recommendations for senior management.
