Placements24 is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer focused on process optimization to join our Randburg team. You will analyze current systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to improve workflow, reduce costs, and increase output.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and excellent communication to collaborate across production, engineering and management while operating in a hybrid on-site/off-site setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization and industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and simulation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities in Randburg.
