Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in process mechanical engineering with focus on industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and material properties.
• Proven experience in project management and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop process equipment and systems ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform detailed mechanical calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs.
• Develop P&IDs and equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in process systems; identify root causes.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
