Job summary

You will engage stakeholders across business, product, technology and delivery teams to shape and deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years in BA, strong BA methodologies, agile delivery understanding and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience in IT/transformation environments.
• Experience on multiple IT projects and large/complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, requirements engineering and process analysis.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and Lean principles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide other BAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation across complex initiatives.
• Analyse current vs. future states, identify gaps and define solution scope.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Align requirements to product strategy, roadmaps, metrics and programme backlogs.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, Architects, Developers, Testers and Process Engineers.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, prioritisation, planning and delivery.
• Identify risks, constraints, dependencies and opportunities to reduce waste and rework.
• Use data, AI and analytical techniques to uncover patterns, improve processes and support decision-making.
• Support testing, demos, change readiness, user enablement and continuous improvement.
