Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in management consulting or similar.
• Experience with BPMN and process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with change management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and visit client sites.

Responsibilities
