Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for driving change across client organizations. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, hands-on process mapping, and delivering concrete business cases with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years in business process analysis, re-engineering, or optimization.
• Experience in consulting environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BPMN, process mapping, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop practical solutions for process optimization including redesign and automation.
• Map current and future state processes using standard notation and tools.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for process initiatives.
• Oversee implementation and monitor effectiveness of changes.
• Train client staff on new processes and best practices.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and knowledge within the practice.
