Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and optimize process designs for oil and gas facilities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews for new projects and process modifications.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to enhance plant performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and design tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass transfer principles.
