Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in chemical process design and engineering.
• Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Pro/II) and design tools.
• Thorough understanding of project engineering and stage-gate processes.
• Experience in managing design packages and interfacing with EPC contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of process designs, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and control philosophies.
• Perform process simulations and feasibility studies for new chemical projects and plant upgrades.
