About the Role

This pivotal role involves optimizing and developing process methodologies critical to both mining and energy sectors. You will apply advanced engineering principles to improve efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability in complex industrial operations within the North West province. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing industrial processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Design and implement new process technologies and modifications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Conduct detailed process simulations, hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure all process designs and operations adhere to strict safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements
