Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in process engineering within chemical/petrochemical industries.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage small-to-medium scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new chemical processes and optimize existing ones for yield, efficiency, and cost.
• Conduct detailed process simulations and modeling to predict performance and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot operational problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with operations, R&D, and quality control for seamless process integration and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including HAZOP and risk assessments.
