The role emphasizes developing robust, scalable process designs and performing simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of process design experience.
• Familiarity with process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II).

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs for new industrial processes and systems.
• Create detailed PFDs and P&IDs.
• Perform process simulations and calculations to validate design parameters.
• Conduct HAZOPs and risk assessments for new designs.
• Collaborate with vendors and engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.
• Oversee implementation and commissioning of new process installations.
