Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in process chemistry with development and scale-up experience.
• Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, reaction kinetics, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, NMR) for process monitoring.
• Strong GMP and safety knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote leadership skills.
