Job summary

Mirna Butler Recruitment is assisting a leading creative agency in Kimberley to hire a Senior Practice Assistant. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, managing client projects, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within a fast-paced retail-friendly environment.

The successful candidate will have matric, solid Excel skills, and experience in staff management and customer service. Afrikaans and English fluency, valid RSA driver’s license, and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Matric with basic computer literacy.
• Experience in staff management.
• 1 year administration experience.
• 1-2 years of experience within the Optical industry would be advantageous.

• Receiving patients
