Job summary

Mirna Butler Recruitment is assisting our client in Pretoria to find a Senior Remote Assistant who will work full-time in the practice and ensure a welcoming, professional experience for every client.

The role requires Afrikaans and English fluency, a matric, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. You will interact with clients daily, support sales efforts, and help maintain a neat, professional practice environment, including weekend shifts in a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Matric is required for this role.
• Sales and/or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Administrative experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Willing to work retail hours (45 hours per week) including weekends on a rotation.
• This is a full-time, on-site position and not a remote role.
