Job summary

Mirna Butler Recruitment seeks a Senior Office Assistant for a busy on-site practice in George. You will join full-time staff and ensure a welcoming, professional client experience for every visitor.

The role requires fluency in Afrikaans and English, a proactive, customer-focused approach, and the ability to work 45 hours weekly including some weekends on rotation. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Previous administrative experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, people-focused practice environment.
• Willing to work retail hours (45 hours per week), including weekends on rotation, with every second weekend off.
• This is a full-time, on-site role, not remote.
