Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will design the roadmap, manage budgets, and drive the narrative on calls with clients.

You will rely on GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels to measure performance and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. This role requires clear English on live calls with US clients, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of ROAS improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA growth track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Fluent English for live calls with US clients.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.
