Responsibilities include modeling, equipment specification, and overseeing installation and commissioning of HV assets, with emphasis on protection coordination and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in power system analysis and design.
• Proficiency with power system simulation software (ETAP, PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
• Deep understanding of high-voltage engineering principles and grid operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and analyze electrical power systems, including load flow, short circuit, and stability studies.
• Develop specifications for power system equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and generators.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power system assets.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards for power system design and operation.
• Provide technical expertise and support for grid connection studies and renewable energy integration projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex power system issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
