Kurtosys seeks a senior delivery leader to shape how we run client projects and land them on time, on scope and with planned margins. You will report to the Head of Solutions and act as the senior voice for delivery across Client Services.

In this role you will own delivery end to end, manage intake, run steering committees, and lead a growing PMO. Hybrid work and global collaboration are core to this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or programme delivery in software or SaaS.
• 3+ years leading a team of project managers.
• Track record owning portfolio commercials: budgets, margin, change control and billing.
• Hands on capacity planning across several projects at once.
• Experience managing third party delivery partners or contractors.
• Confidence running steering committees and handling senior escalations.
• Strong communication and a clear way of tracking actions, owners and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Jira.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery approach end to end, including stage gates, standards and tooling.
• Run intake and prioritisation and manage client projects from kickoff to launch and handover.
• Lead scope, change control and margin tracking with finance on statements of work and pricing.
• Line manage and develop project managers via the CSD career ladder.
• Plan capacity and balance internal and partner resources.
