Job summary

Our client, a rapidly growing technology firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from requirements gathering to final delivery. You will oversee scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams and clients to ensure a high-quality product.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience in SDLC, strong leadership, and expertise in Agile, Scrum and Kanban. Hybrid work in Centurion area, with exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing agile software projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of software development projects.
• Define project scope, requirements and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, resources and budgets, mitigating risks.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear communication among stakeholders and report on status.
• Oversee testing and QA to ensure high-quality end products.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
