Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience in software development environments.
• Proven Agile/Scrum expertise; CSM or PMP‑Agile desirable.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software projects using Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Define scope, requirements, and deliverables with product owners and engineers.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies and mitigate proactively.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders with regular reports.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
