Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a Senior Specialist Project Manager in Cape Town to drive large-scale enterprise application and software development initiatives from initiation through deployment. You will coordinate business and technical teams in a hybrid work setting to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BA, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' project management experience across multi-stream delivery.
• Experience in enterprise applications and software engineering environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, timelines, objectives, and resource plans for large-scale projects.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across design, build, test and deployment.
• Manage multi-workstream programmes and governance forums.
• Produce executive-level reporting and RAID logs.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure successful transition to operations and benefits realization.
