About the Role Our client, a reputable pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join their team serving the Mossel Bay region. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role requires building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the clinical and economic benefits of our client's offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Effectively present product information, clinical data, and value propositions to healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage territory expenses and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in regional and national sales meetings, conferences, and training events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex scientific and medical information.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
• Reside within or be willing to relocate to the Mossel Bay territory.
